Trainee Air Conditioning Installation Technician

Optim PRO are now looking for a Trainee Air Conditioning Technician to join a talented team of Air Conditioning specialists in the Warwickshire area. This is a "Field based" role - the successful applicant MUST hold a full UK driving license and be prepared to travel across the region and be comfortable working in all-weathers.

This is a part-time role aiming to move to a full time position in 2 months time subject to market conditions.

Trainee Air Conditioning Installation Technician - What you'll do:???????

As a trainee within our team, a typical day would see you working closely with one of our experienced Engineers to install or service a range of Air Conditioning units and all Electrical components and equipment that compliment, in and around the Midlands region.

Trainee Air Conditioning Installation Technician - Who you are:

You will naturally have an intrigue and interest in field-based Engineering, and ideally already have some exposure to anything Construction and / or Electrical Installations related. If you don't have experience, and you are keen to start a new career, we encourage you to apply.

Trainee Air Conditioning Installation Technician - Key requirements / behaviours:

Motivation and willingness to learn through on the job Ability to follow a fixed process and complete each step as instructed Ability to problem solve and provide ideas - ultimately the job requires you to think outside the box, and working through instructions and specifications Hold a full UK Driving Licence Good communications skills
