We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Air Conditioning Install Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing air conditioning systems across various commercial and industrial sites. Responsibilities
Install, a wide range of air conditioning units and systems in accordance with industry standards and safety regulations.
Conduct routine maintenance to ensure systems operate efficiently and reliably.
Troubleshoot technical issues using schematics and technical manuals, providing effective solutions promptly.
Lead maintenance teams or subcontractors during large-scale projects or system upgrades.
Inspect equipment to identify faults or potential issues, performing repairs as necessary to prevent system failures.
Collaborate with clients to assess their cooling needs and recommend suitable solutions.
Document all work carried out, including repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities for compliance purposes.
Skills
Strong mechanical knowledge with practical experience in air conditioning systems.
Ability to interpret schematics, technical drawings, and manuals accurately.
Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams or overseeing projects.
Competence in equipment repair, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance.
Knowledge of construction processes related to HVAC installation projects.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
