Full Time - Air Conditioning & Refrigeration / maintenance operative required.

Enertech FM are a nationwide M&E provider who currently service a wide range of PPM contracts for established clients on all types of sites to include Health Centres, Hospitals, Buildings, Shopping Centres, Retail Parks and Commercial Offices etc.

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Electrician or an Air Conditioning mobile operative with a Facilities maintenance background based in the Midlands.

The role will be predominantly based on sites within the Midlands, servicing Planned and reactive maintenance (Commercial), general repairs & installation works. You may be required at times to support other sites if necessary, across the UK.

We are looking for a pro-active, well organised, self-starter with good attention to detail. The role available requires someone who can work well under pressure and can handle this fast -paced environment and deliver tasks to measured timeframe within a PPM schedule.

You will need to be able to work collaboratively with the onsite team, and external contractors.

Requirements/Skill set & Qualification:

Must be either C&G/NVQ Level 2&3, Air Conditioning Qualified.

HVAC, desirable, not essential.

IOSH, desirable.

Asbestos awareness, desirable.

IPAF & PASM, desirable not essential.

The applicant should have a proactive approach and be able to work on their own initiative.

Elements of lone working required.

Basic handyman skills, desirable not essential.

Electrical experience or qualifications desirable but not essential

The role requires a good level of communication skills. You will need to be able converse with clients/ customers and tenants in a clear and positive manner with a can-do approach.

Experience of providing maintenance works within shopping centre would be desirable.

Overtime - When Required.

Company Van Supplied complete with Fuel Card.

Basic Hours - Flexible working pattern of 40 hours
