We are seeking an experienced Air Conditioning/ ventilation Subcontractor/full time employee to support upcoming HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid track record in residential and/or commercial HVAC work, and be able to work independently or alongside our team to deliver high-quality results on time.
We Carry out work in all sectors from large scale commercial, small residential and social housing works.
Responsibilites:
Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems (split systems, VRV etc.)
Install maintain and repair ventilation systems (MVHR, CMEV, PIV etc)
Conduct system diagnostics and troubleshoot issues effectively.
Install, maintain and repair Ventilation systems and ductwork.
Ensure work meets all relevant building codes, safety regulations, and manufacturer specifications.
Requirement:
Valid F -Gas Certificate
Minimum 5 years of experience desirable But not essential.
Own tools Essential
Transportation, desirable but not essential.
Rate of pay negotiable based on skills/experience.
Price work also available, Job dependant.
