Based in South West Devon, Air Management Solutions delivers exceptional HVAC services throughout Devon, Cornwall, and Somerset.

We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable

Labourer

to join our growing team--someone who takes pride in their work, is eager to learn, and is committed to maintaining our high standards of workmanship.

About the Role

In this role, you will support our experienced engineers with the installation and maintenance of a wide range of systems, including:

Air conditioning units Air source heat pumps Split and multi-split systems VRV/VRF systems Ventilation systems, including MVHR
You will also assist with reactive breakdown callouts and routine annual maintenance tasks as part of the comprehensive service we provide our clients.

While not essential,

experience in plumbing or electrical work

would be highly beneficial and will help you progress quickly within the role.

Please note:

There is no on-call rota for this position.

Key Responsibilities

Assisting engineers with system installations and commissioning Responding to reactive breakdowns under supervision Supporting scheduled maintenance visits Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard, with a strong focus on detail and quality Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment

Requirements

A strong work ethic with a willingness to learn Good attention to detail and pride in workmanship Ability to work effectively as part of a team Basic experience in plumbing or electrical work (desirable)
