What You'll Be Doing:
Reporting to the Operations Manager for TCAA, you will primarily be based at Coventry Airport, with occasional travel to other operational sites on a full-time basis (40 hours per week). The role attracts a base salary of 35,000 (circa).
The Airdesk Team Leader will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of the Airdesk team, providing support and supervision to ensure outstanding service to our patients and NHS clinical partner teams (CPT). Development of the Airdesk team is an essential requirement of the role whilst also supporting and deputising for the Operations Manager during periods of absence. The Airdesk Team Leader will be responsible for carrying out audits, reviewing incidents, managing rotas, providing administrative support to the Operations Manager and other additional tasks.
