Air Logistics Healthcare Customer Care Specialist- QuickStat | United Kingdom | req127954Are you ready to be the hero in the fast-paced world of logistics?YOUR ROLEIn this role you will handle and monitor all QuickSTAT Customer Care activities ensuring compliance with all agreed company policies. You will monitor all QuickSTAT live network activities ensuring adherence to agreed rate structures and pricing policies.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Processing of consignment orders from clients via email,telephone and via Quick's online booking portal
Quickonline, (which includes routing, classifying of service type, establishing a deadline and printing the job order. * Managing the green light approval process for consignments destined to non-EU destinations.
  • Assist in providing clients with continuous status notifications and performing the necessary follow-up's
(which includes relaying details pertaining to flight and customs delays, proof of deliveries, additional charges,resolutions, etc). * Monitoring and actioning of client emails via the shared mailboxes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Calculating and arranging the positioning of suitable temperature-controlled packaging & logger supplies.
  • Tracking and tracing consignments and providing the client with status updates throughout transit.
  • Monitoring and actioning of special alarms (SPA's) via
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills in English level C1
  • Comprehensive understanding of Courier / Freight Operations including Import / Export / Warehouse & Transport.
  • Excellent understanding of World Geography. Comprehensive understanding of the various temperature controlled packaging solutions available on the open market to forwarders.
  • Ability to work successfully under pressure
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to work from Monday to Friday from 10 am until 7 pm
