About Us:

ReformEnergy Services is a growing renewable heating business based in Tiverton, Devon. We specialise in the installation and servicing of air source heat pumps for domestic properties, helping homeowners switch to efficient, low-carbon heating systems.

As we expand, we're looking for a qualified and motivated engineer to take the lead on installations and service work. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to be part of a forward-thinking business with a strong future in renewables.

What You'll Do:

Carry out full air source heat pump installations, including first and second fix Service and maintain existing heat pump systems (across various manufacturers) Install cylinders, radiators, and underfloor heating where required Perform fault-finding and diagnostics Support commissioning (training can be given) Deliver a professional, tidy, and customer-friendly service Maintain accurate records of service/maintenance work

What We're Looking For:

NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing and Heating (or equivalent) Heat pump installation and/or service experience (preferred, but training available) G3 Unvented Hot Water qualification (required) F-Gas qualification desirable but not essential Great communication skills and attention to detail Comfortable working independently and problem-solving on site Full UK driving licence
