Radar and Tower Air Traffic Control Officer

to join our skilled and dedicated team at Liverpool John Lennon Airport - UK's fastest, easiest, and friendliest airport - where you'll work alongside a dedicated team of professionals.

What You'll Do

As an Air Traffic Control Officer (ATCO) you will become a key member of our 24-hour operational team, you will:

Ensure the

safe, orderly, and efficient

flow of air traffic within your assigned area. Provide

Approach Control Surveillance (APS)

and

Aerodrome Control Instrument (ADI)

services for LJLA. Uphold the

highest service standards

while working in a dynamic, team-oriented environment. Ensure you hold an up to date

medical

and maintain ATCO

competence

.

Compliance

with company policies including safety, security and quality manuals.

This role is integral to maintaining the seamless operation of one of the UK's most vibrant regional airports, offering you the chance to make a real impact every day.

Who We're Looking For

We're searching for an individual who:

Holds a

UK CAA-recognised and previously validated licence

in both Approach Control Surveillance (APS) and Aerodrome Control Instrument (ADI). Possesses a valid

European Class 3 Medical Certificate

. Demonstrates a strong commitment to safety and operational excellence. Thrives in a collaborative team environment and exhibits a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Desirable Qualities:

Experience with management system processes such as Safety, Training/Competence, Investigations, Compliance, Quality, and Security. OJTI (On-the-Job Training Instructor) and Assessor endorsements.
