Aircraft Cleaning Team Leader (Nights only)

Contract: Full-Time Nights only (

does include working on a rota Mon-Sun)

Pay: 14.37 per hour

: This is a 4 on and 4 off shift pattern.

Role Summary

As a Team Leader, you will ensure our customers receive top-notch cleaning services tailored to their specifications, including secure cleans and searches if requested. You'll project a smart, capable attitude through thorough work practices and impeccable personal appearance, always adhering to company policies and procedures.

: Ensure aircraft cleaning meets the highest quality standards.

Supervision

: Regularly supervise and monitor staff performance and service quality.

: Emphasize safety in all aspects of the job, including equipment operation and housekeeping.

Compliance

: Handle international rubbish correctly and comply with airport authority and carrier security requirements.

Adherence to SOPs

: Follow Swissport SOPs and policies diligently.

Flexibility

: Perform other duties as assigned, wearing the correct PPE and uniform at all times.

Qualifications and Competencies

Experience: You must have previous cleaning, aviation or a similar background.

Quick Learner

: Adapt quickly to changes in operations and experience of leading teams is desirable.

UK Manual Driving Licence is required

Physical Fitness
