Paint Technician



Competitive Salary - Dependent on experience



Mon-Fri, 40 hours per week. Day shift.

Applicants should have previous experience working in any precision, high value assembly or manufacturing environments, ideally having worked within the aerospace/aviation industries.

Main responsibilities:

The role will require the successful applicant to:

Have the ability to use water based specialist paints and epoxy primers to a high standard To understand, and work from technical data Use spraying equipment and carry out general maintenance of all associated equipment. Carry out the masking of components and component preparation prior to painting Possess an understanding of batch control for traceability and audit purposes Ensure deadlines are met and able to respond to time critical jobs appropriately Self-manage their workload to ensure the needs of the business are met. Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
