Aeroco Group is a leading commercial Aircraft Component Repair Station based in Stockport. A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Aircraft Passenger Seat Technician to strengthen our team and to support the growth of our business.
Technicians will be responsible for the repair and overhaul of aircraft passenger seats in a workshop environment and away from site.
Skills and experience required for the role:
To be able to carry out basic service check IAW component maintenance manual on economy and premium economy passenger seats both in the workshop and away from base.
To be able to carry out component replacement IAW CMM's, modifications and service bulletins on economy and premium economy passenger seats
To be able to read, understand and interpret CMM's (Components Maintenance Manuals), Mods and Technical Drawings
To control in accordance with Company SOPs
To carry out basic communication with customers.
To understand EASA/CAA regularity requirements.
To carry out work activities and workshop administration in the seat workshop and away from base including correct completion of work cards.
Ability to manage manually demanding work.
Basic workshop skills.
The successful candidate should:
Be flexible in working hours to meet customer deadlines
Have a can-do attitude and work ethic to achieve the workshop targets.
Hold a full, clean driving licence and passport
