Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site Airport Operations Assistant role located in Manchester at Professional Flight Solutions LTD. The Assistant will be responsible for day-to-day airport operations tasks, including airline flight supervision, delay management, AOG assistance, VIP Meet & Assist services, and handling special passengers requiring extra assistance.

Qualifications

Operations and Operations Management skills Analytical Skills Communication and Customer Service skills Experience in airport operations or aviation industry is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Previous customer service experience Knowledge of airport procedures and regulations
Job Types: Freelance, Zero hours contract

Pay: 15.20 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 47 per week
