Airsoft Technician & Site Manager - Shooters Range (New Location)

We are seeking a skilled Airsoft Technician & Site Manager to join our team at a new indoor Airsoft Shooting Range. This is a hands-on management role for someone with a strong technical background in airsoft and the organisational ability to run a site day to day.

You will report directly to the Directors and will be responsible for the overall operation of the site, including staff management, equipment reliability, customer experience, and safety standards. This role requires a commitment to quality service and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day running of the range, ensuring sessions operate safely, smoothly, and on schedule

Manage, maintain, and repair all airsoft equipment to minimise downtime

Lead, train, and schedule staff, setting and maintaining high operational standards

Handle customer queries professionally, both in person and digitally

Manage stock control, bookings, and basic reporting

Ensure full compliance with safety procedures and company policies

Technical Requirements

You must be competent in airsoft diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs, including:

AEG and HPA M4 platforms

AAP-01 pistols

Tokyo Marui MP7 (GBB)

This includes fault-finding, strip-downs, replacement of common components, and keeping fleet guns operational in a commercial environment.

Skills & Experience

Strong organisational and time-management skills

Excellent communication skills with staff, customers, and Directors

Practical, solution-focused mindset with confidence in decision-making

Previous experience in airsoft, range management, leisure, or retail operations is highly desirable

Comfortable taking ownership of a site and being accountable for standards and performance

This role is not front-of-house only. We are looking for someone reliable, technically capable, and organised enough to run a site to a high standard while actively maintaining equipment.

Pay: From 15.00 per hour
