The Role

We're seeking a detail-oriented Ecommerce Data & Content Assistant who understands the power of AI in automating and enhancing routine tasks. You'll play a key part in ensuring our product listings are accurate, optimised, and visually engaging--while helping us innovate with smart tools and AI-powered workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Use AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Photoshop AI, Excel AI tools) to assist in content creation, image editing, and process automation Input, update and maintain product listings on our website with precision using AI Save, crop, and resize product images using AI-enhanced photo tools Maintain consistency in product descriptions, formatting, and data Collaborate with the team to streamline workflows and improve efficiency Assist in developing and testing prompt templates for regular tasks Support ecommerce and admin tasks that benefit from automation

Who You Are

Confident using generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, image editors, Excel AI functions, etc.) Technically savvy and eager to learn new tools and platforms Previous experience in ecommerce, data entry or content editing a bonus Highly organised, with a keen eye for detail and quality Able to work independently and bring proactive solutions to the table Strong written English and communication skills
