Rubie's is the world's largest costume manufacturer and boasts a prestigious portfolio of major licenses including Marvel, Warner Brothers, Paramount, Mattel, Lucasfilm and Universal, as well as a wide range of generic lines.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Ecommerce & Digital Content Coordinator to join our growing e-commerce and marketing team. This role is essential to our digital footprint and multi-marketplace operations by ensuring all content and data practices meet platform-specific requirements and regulatory standards. You'll be hands-on from day one, learning the ins and outs of our diverse operations and shaping how we present ourselves to the market. From helping create impactful optimised content to ensuring our brand and partner properties are represented to the highest standards across multiple platforms.

You'll play a pivotal role in building brand presence and supporting the growth of Rubies and our associated companies, with the clear potential to grow into a more senior position as the department develops.

Key Responsibilities:



Content Management



Shape the development, and maintenance of the company platforms ensuring it reflects our services, projects, and maintain content and product offerings Review, edit, update and approve product listings, storefronts, descriptions, and imagery across multiple marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Shopify, etc.) adapting content to maximize optimization and SEO Ensure all content adheres to platform-specific guidelines and policies Monitor content for compliance violations and coordinate corrections Develop a deep understanding of the full product assortment and its key attributes to ensure accurate product descriptions, features, and benefits are reflected on the website Merchandising - Coordination of content, descriptions and store design in conjunction with Marketing Manager and Ecommerce manager Maintain content approval workflows and documentation Collaborate with marketing and product teams on compliant content creation Stay updated on changing marketplace content policies and communicate updates to relevant teams

Policy Management



Track and interpret policy changes across multiple marketplaces Create and maintain compliance checklists and standard operating procedures Prepare compliance reports for management Liaise with marketplace support teams to resolve policy-related issues

Cross-Platform Coordination



Coordinate compliance activities across multiple sales channels Ensure consistent compliance standards regardless of platform Manage compliance-related communications with external partners Support new marketplace onboarding from a compliance perspective

Essential Qualifications and Experience:



2+ years' experience in compliance, content management, or e-commerce/dropship operations Experience with AI applications and processes Strong understanding of data protection regulations (GDPR knowledge essential) Experience with major e-commerce platforms (Amazon, eBay, Shopify preferred) Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Problem-solving mindset with proactive approach to compliance issues

Essential Requirements

Pay: 32,000.00-35,000.00 per year
