We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and maintenance services for our products. Duties
Conduct regular maintenance and servicing of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues, providing timely solutions to minimise downtime.
Install and configure new equipment, ensuring compliance with company standards.
Provide training and support to customers on the proper use of equipment.
Maintain accurate records of service activities, including reports on repairs and maintenance performed.
Collaborate with the engineering team to improve product designs based on customer feedback.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to enhance service offerings.
Experience
A background in security engineering or a related field is essential, with relevant qualifications preferred.
Previous experience in a service engineer role or similar position is advantageous.
Strong technical skills with the ability to understand complex systems and machinery.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and team members.
A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a strong focus on customer service.
Familiarity with health and safety regulations in an engineering context is desirable.
