Alarm Service Engineer

to join our growing team. Whether you're an experienced professional or new to the industry, we offer

to develop the skills you need to succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities

:

Install, maintain, and service fire alarms, CCTV systems, intruder alarms, access control systems, emergency lighting, and fire extinguishers. Conduct regular inspections and testing of all alarm systems and fire safety equipment to ensure compliance with

NSI

,

NICEIC

, and

BAFE

standards. Troubleshoot and resolve any system faults, providing efficient solutions. Provide excellent customer service and technical support to clients. Maintain accurate service records and reports for all work completed. Work independently and as part of a team to ensure high standards of service. Travel to customer sites across West Wales and, occasionally, further afield.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

:

Experience in the installation and maintenance of fire alarms, CCTV, intruder alarms, access control, emergency lighting, and fire extinguishers (desirable, but not essential). Knowledge of working to

NSI

,

NICEIC

, and

BAFE

standards (preferred, but not essential). Relevant industry certifications Full UK driving license. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach. Ability to work on-call
