Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable A-level Economics tutor to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping students excel in their studies and achieve their academic goals. This role involves providing tailored tutoring sessions to students preparing for school tests and the final A-level exam, ensuring they understand the material and develop effective study strategies. A background in special education or experience working with children is highly desirable.
Duties
Conduct one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions focused on test preparation. Develop customised lesson plans that cater to individual student needs and learning styles. Communicate effectively with students to explain complex concepts in an understandable manner. Monitor student progress and adapt teaching methods as necessary to ensure comprehension. Provide support and encouragement to help build student confidence in their abilities. Collaborate with parents and educators to discuss student performance and areas for improvement. Stay updated on the latest educational resources and test preparation materials.
Experience
Must have a Grade A minimum in A-level Economics Must be able to commute to centre for lessons
