Join us and contribute to making a positive impact on our community. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced All Age Transport Commissioning and Contracts Manager to lead our All Age Transport service.

The focus of the role is the strategic and technical lead on the development of the All Age Transport brokerage service In this role, you will lead the All Age Transport Service

Initiation, commissioning, management, evaluation and progressing of transport projects Management, maintenance and analysis of various datasets and transport data and or information services associated with the service
oProcurement scope, monitoring and management of transport contracts

Strategic input into the areas development management plans and policies Implementation of transport policy and strategy Integration of internal resources to drive best value and innovation
oDevelopment of demand response transport Key Responsibilities:

Manage and develop the All Age Transport brokerage function Under the general supervision of the Head of Commissioning, to manage staff, consultants and contractors to effectively deliver services
oManage all team resources to deliver challenging income targets, commercialise and innovate service delivery

oDirect, lead, motivate, train and appraise a multi-disciplinary team of transport professionals and develop and maintain partnerships to effectively deliver optimal transport outcomes for Stoke on Trent City Council in line with our standards and vision.
