All Trades Contract Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled All Trades Contract Manager to oversee our upcoming projects. This is a crucial role where your expertise in on-site management and proficiency with construction software will be essential to our success.

What you'll do:



Manage and oversee all aspects of diverse construction projects

from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary trade teams

, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.

Conduct regular on-site inspections

to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement effective solutions. Negotiate and administer contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.

Utilize construction management software

to track project progress, manage documentation, and generate reports. Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and industry best practices. Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, providing regular updates on project status.

What you'll bring:



Proven experience as a Contract Manager

in an all trades construction environment.

Extensive on-site project management experience

is essential.

Strong proficiency in construction management software

(e.g., Procore, Aconex, Autodesk Construction Cloud, etc.). Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively. Thorough knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials across various trades. A strong commitment to health and safety regulations. Relevant professional qualifications or certifications are a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 25,000.00-40,000.00 per year
