Duties
Manage the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to organisational policies
Lead, motivate, and support staff to achieve performance targets and maintain high standards of service delivery
Develop and implement programmes that meet the needs of the community or organisation
Oversee scheduling, resource allocation, and budgeting activities within the centre
Foster positive relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners to promote centre initiatives
Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe environment for all visitors and staff
Organise training sessions and professional development opportunities for team members
Promote the centre's activities through community engagement and outreach efforts
Ensure accurate record keeping and reporting related to centre operations
Skills
Proven leadership and management experience in a similar setting
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Passion for teaching or educational activities is highly advantageous
