About Richmond House:
At Richmond House, we are dedicated to serving our communities across Yorkshire, Humberside, and North Lincolnshire. We provide essential Alternative Provisions for children and young people who are excluded or at risk of exclusion from mainstream education. Our specialised, holistic approach supports individuals with learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions, and complex health needs, empowering them to lead fulfilling lives with greater independence and choice.
The Role:
We are seeking a confident and compassionate Personal Assistant to provide outstanding care and educational support within our inclusive learning environments. Your primary focus will be on nurturing positive outcomes and building strong, meaningful relationships with children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and their families.
This position is ideal for an individual with a proven background in SEND support, preferably within a special school or alternative provision setting, who is passionate about breaking down barriers to learning.
