Overview

We are seeking a skilled Fabricator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Aluminium fabrication within the Windows Doors and Curtain Walling Industry. You will need a strong focus on precision and safety. This role involves working with various tools and materials to produce high-quality Products for our projects. The successful applicant will be an essential part of our production process, contributing to the creation of durable and reliable products.

Responsibilities

Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications to accurately fabricate components. Operate our Integrated Saws and CNC Machinery Use hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment. Perform tasks with precision to ensure top quality products in line with our quality management systems Handle Aluminium Profile with care, ensuring accurate measurements and cuts. Assist in the assembly of fabricated products according to specifications. Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations. Conduct quality checks on completed work to ensure compliance with standards.

Experience

Proven experience in Aluminium Window Door and Curtain Wall fabrication processes. Knowledge of all disciplines of Aluminium window door and curtain wall Fabrication Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, safely and effectively. Mechanical knowledge related to assembly, Written and basic mathematics for measurements and calculations. Familiarity with working from technical drawings is desirable.
