Aluminium Production Office Administrator
to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong administrative skills to contribute to a fast-paced production environment.
The Affordable Group is a "John Lewis " type of business where employees [ with 12 months of service ] receive a share in the profits. The profit share for 2023 & 2024 after deductions for every employee was 2000. We believe in promotion from within and almost all senior management started as junior employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the production team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Maintain accurate records of production schedules, stock levels, and order processing.
Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal departments to manage orders and deliveries efficiently.
Assist in quality control by ensuring all documentation aligns with company standards and industry regulations.
Handle incoming inquiries and provide excellent customer service support where needed.
General administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and updating systems.
Key Requirements:
Previous experience in admin role (ideally in production or manufacturing role)
Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with keen attention to detail.
Ability to learn internal systems.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Team player with a proactive and problem-solving approach.
