Regal Aluminium is looking to recruit an experienced office administrator to join our office team.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented person. The successful candidate will be able to support our office and factory team in a multitude of duties, be able to work on their own initiative and within an established team.
We are looking for someone who is able to ensure that an office is organised and that daily tasks are completed efficiently, you will be ale to complete a wide range of tasks and be willing to take on extra administrative tasks as and when required by colleagues and managers.
This position requires strong organisational skills and proficiency in various office software such as Microsoft office, ideally suited to someone with prior experience within the construction industry.
Responsibilities
Acting as a point of contact for customers, clients or suppliers via email, over the phone or in person
Welcoming visitors to the building, and showing them to meetings
Organising filing systems
Liaise with external apprentice teams & co-ordinate our apprentices / monitor progress
Organise training for employees as and when required, knowledge of training schemes / grants would be an advantage
Stock database re-allocation
Updating running project numbers & status
Issuing order acknowledgements & tracking RFI's
Arranging travel plans and hotel stays
Scheduling office meetings between teams, managers and departments
Responding to questions and requests for information
Chasing up outstanding quotes / tender enquiries
Taking notes in meetings
Preparation of client information packs (O&M's)
Management of enquiries database
Schedule vehicle repairs, services & MOTs
Manage employee training matrix
Keeping policy's up to date within the building and with accreditations.
