The Role:
As an Aluminium Windows & Doors Fabricator, you will be responsible for the precise cutting, machining, and assembly of aluminium profiles to create bespoke windows and doors. This is a hands-on role requiring attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality finished products.
Key Responsibilities:
Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
Cutting, drilling, and machining aluminium profiles to exact measurements.
Assembling frames, sashes, and other components using various tools and machinery.
Fitting hardware, gaskets, and glazing beads.
Ensuring all fabricated items meet quality standards and project deadlines.
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
About You:
Proven experience as an Aluminium Windows & Doors Fabricator is essential.
Demonstrable experience with Technal, Senior Aluminium, and Schueco Systems, or similar high-end aluminium systems, is highly desirable.
A strong understanding of fabrication processes and techniques.
Proficient in using a variety of hand tools, power tools, and workshop machinery.
Ability to work accurately and efficiently, with a keen eye for detail.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
