Job Title: Warehouse Operative / Part-Time

Hours: 22.5hrs per week /4.00am to 8.30am / Tuesday to Saturday

Salary: 14,285.76 pa

Location: Deeside

Key Responsibilities

Loading / unloading trailers/vans - an element of manual handling is required Checking of Manifests including checking for damages or missing items Scanning and checking consignments Sortation of consignments Good Housekeeping to include keeping warehouse clear of waste and rubbish Strict adherence to Health & Safety rules Assisting drivers for vehicle prep, loading, and unloading of vehicles Taking goods to the appropriate locations - perhaps using loading and lifting gear for heavy goods, Keep paperwork up to date Ensure that all lifting and maneuvering of product is carried out in accordance with manual handling procedures Handle any hazardous materials in an appropriate manner Deal with inbound vehicles following the correct company procedure. Load distribution vehicles in a safe, presentable manner and highlight errors and damages prior to completion Maintain high levels of Health and Safety awareness and report an area of concern to Team Leader immediately Put improvement suggestions forward where appropriate. Assist other team members, as necessary. Support Warehouse Team Leader with all day-to-day tasks To action any other elements to fulfil the operational needs of the business
