Job Description

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented

Amazon FBA Admin Assistant & PPC Specialist

to help manage and grow our Amazon store. This dual-role position requires someone who is not only familiar with FBA logistics and administrative tasks but also has hands-on experience managing and optimizing Amazon PPC campaigns. You will support the daily operations of our e-commerce business while also driving performance through strategic advertising.

Key Responsibilities:FBA Administration:



Manage product listings on Amazon Seller Central Optimize product titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend keywords, and images Monitor and maintain FBA inventory levels, create shipping plans, and ensure compliance Handle stranded/suppressed listing issues and maintain listing health Communicate with suppliers and coordinate shipment timelines Track and report sales, returns, performance metrics, and stock movement Handle customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback in a timely, professional manner Maintain organized records of product SKUs, ASINs, and listing changes

PPC (Pay-Per-Click) Campaign Management:



Create, manage, and optimize Sponsored Product, Sponsored Brand, and Sponsored Display campaigns Conduct keyword research using tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or Amazon's Brand Analytics Monitor campaign performance metrics (ACoS, ROAS, CTR, CPC) and adjust bids/targeting Implement strategies to reduce ACoS and improve return on ad spend (ROAS) Create regular reports on campaign performance with actionable insights A/B test ad creatives and targeting methods for continuous improvement Stay updated on Amazon Advertising best practices and policy changes.

Qualifications:

Proven experience with Amazon FBA and Seller Central (minimum 2 year preferred) Hands-on experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel Excellent written and verbal communication skills Familiarity with Amazon keyword and analytics tools (e.g., Helium 10, Jungle Scout, DataDive, etc.) Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 12.50-12.54 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
