Purpose of the role



The key objective will be to manage and develop, through best practice, the sales administration for the leading global online retailer across the UK, France and Germany. The role will also include managing the sales administration for other domestic accounts as agreed with the Operations Manager/Sales and Logistic Manager.

For the Online retailer, work with the Amazon Sales team, Vendor team, 3PL and internal teams to ensure consistency across all territories, where possible and appropriate.

Support the Company and its products, through delivery of excellence in customer support.

The role will be expanded as progress is made with the Amazon account to take on other customers and roles within the department which may include stock-based work and/or other customers. For the first six months the concentration will be on the Amazon account covering the three territories of UK, France and Germany.

Key tasks and responsibilities



This is not an exhaustive list and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessary to meet the goals of the business.

Receive, process and manage to conclusion, customer orders, queries, credit requests and information requests Effectively support the sales team through seeking out and providing accurate information and actively supporting the sales team to achieve the budgeted sales number Communicate and/or resolve all matters of customer complaint quickly and courteously Liaise with the Marketing team to ensure effective flow of information regarding allocated brands Maintain records and files of work conducted Liaise with the company's third-party suppliers in respect of customer requirements and ensure they are jointly beneficial to the customer and TOMY Monitor and develop company systems and procedures for customer "best fit" and continuous service improvement Undertaking project work as may from time to time be necessary

Pay: Up to 23,790.00 per year
