About The Role
Belfast International are recruiting for Permanent Ambulift Drivers - BT29 postcode
Working on a 3 days on 3 days of rotating shift basis between Monday and Sunday.
( 4 shifts on - 4 shifts of will be considered )
Earliest start can be 4.00am - Latest finish 2.00am
\xc2\xa311.50 per hour - 12 hours per days shift ( 36 hours per week ) overtime available
Standard UK full driving license is required
You do not need a special license to drive this vehicle however airport driving experience is strongly desired.
Ensure the safe transportation of passengers to and from the terminal and aircraft.
Main Duties:
- Safely transfer passengers and travelling companions to and from the terminal and aircraft
- Provide physical assistance by lifting passengers into and out of aircraft seats using aids as appropriate
- Assist with passenger\xe2\x80\x99s baggage as required.
- Ensure boarding checks are completed in line with airline requirements
- Observant of the different immigration channels to make sure arrival passengers are directed to the correct channel
- Ensure vehicle checks are completed and recorded prior to usage
- Actively checks that all seat belts are worn by all passengers and drivers
To be successful in the role, you will need:
- Drivers Licence held for a minimum of 1 year
- Previous experience within airport driving highly recommended
