About the Role:
As a Workday AMS Account Manager at CloudRock, you'll be the main point of contact and strategic partner for our biggest Workday AMS clients. You'll be responsible for looking after and growing client relationships, making sure they're completely satisfied with our services, and spotting opportunities to expand our work with them. This role calls for a good understanding of Workday, excellent communication and people skills, and a proactive approach to managing clients. You'll work closely with our delivery teams to ensure everything runs smoothly and act as a champion for our clients within the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with your assigned Workday AMS clients, understanding their business aims, challenges, and Workday plans.
Be the first port of call for all client enquiries, escalations, and strategic chats.
Hold regular client meetings and business reviews to check they're happy, discuss how things are going, and identify areas where we can do better.
Proactively think about what clients might need and offer helpful advice on how our AMS services can further support their Workday use.Service Delivery Oversight:
Work closely with the Workday AMS delivery teams to make sure client issues and service requests are sorted out promptly and effectively.
Keep an eye on service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure we're consistently meeting or exceeding client expectations.
Help communication flow between the client and internal teams regarding project updates, system changes, and any potential hiccups.
Make sure everyone sticks to agreed processes and best practices in how we deliver our services.Account Growth and Development:
Spot and pursue opportunities to grow accounts, including offering more of our existing services and introducing new ones.
Develop and present proposals for extra services, upgrades, and improvements tailored to what clients need.
Keep a good grasp of our complete service offering and pricing structures.
Help put together account plans and strategies to hit revenue targets and keep our clients on board.Internal Collaboration:
Work closely with the Sales, Pre-Sales, and Delivery teams to ensure a smooth client journey from initial contact to ongoing support.
Provide client feedback and insights to internal teams to help us improve our services and develop new ones.
Share your knowledge and help develop best practices within the Account Management team. Reporting and Administration:
Keep accurate and up-to-date client records in our internal systems.
Prepare and present regular reports on how accounts are performing, client satisfaction, and opportunities for growth.
Manage contract renewals and ensure all the paperwork is done on time. Qualifications and Experience:
Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
Solid experience in an Account Management role, ideally within the Workday, SaaS or tech services sector.
Good understanding of the Workday platform and its functionality.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to get on well with people and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to understand what clients need and turn that into practical solutions.
Proven ability to manage several client accounts at once and prioritise effectively.
Proactive and results-driven with a strong focus on keeping clients happy and sticking with us.
Desirable Skills:
Workday certifications.
Experience working within a Workday Application Management Services (AMS) provider.
Experience with negotiating and managing contracts.
Familiarity with ITIL framework or other service management approaches.
Experience working in a consultancy or professional services environment.
