means being a trusted clinical advisor, building relationships and changing clinical practice. Our current opportunity is working with consultant anaesthetists in theatres to improve patient outcomes across

the South East (Reading to Southampton to Kent - NOT London)

. You will have 3 to 5 years experience in either a medical sales role where you are able to navigate the NHS purchasing process and have a proven track record; or in a clinical role with a background as an anaesthetic ODP or theatre exposure. Your patch will be the whole of the South East of England with key hospitals on your patch being Southampton General Hospital, Trowbridge Hospital, Kent and Canterbury hospital, and Royal Berkshire Hospital. What the role involves



Manages and maintains the assigned territory with existing accounts to retain and grow business Meets regularly with regional clients Responds to regional client needs with solutions from the Company Observes competitor strategies within the assigned territory Regularly analyses, tracks and reports on territory to Regional Manager Fills in CRM with relevant data Analysis of sales data using Power BI Monitors sales KPI's to align business support services and develops win/win strategic partnerships accordingly Identifies business growth areas and aligns sales strategies and tactical plans accordingly Develops long-term relationships with existing customers Leads training sessions on Company products Attends trade shows and conferences Meets/exceeds sales targets, regularly by monitoring business plan to make sure it is achieved Regularly attends sales meetings, product presentations and briefings Keeps up to date with the latest clinical data supplied by the company, and interpret, present and discuss this data with healthcare professionals during presentations Keeps up to date with new developments in the NHS Stays informed about the activities of healthcare services in assigned territory Develops and maintains supportive, productive and effective relationships at all levels within the organisation Build and maintains positive working relationships with medical staff Develops relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and leverages their support to gain new advocates

Key competencies for success



A track record of success selling a technical and clinical device into theatre or procedural environment.
A high level of selling, commercial acumen and negotiating skills

Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills Strong networking skills to build relationships with prospective and existing clients Adept at using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and data In-depth knowledge of sales strategy, product demonstration and sales reports The ability to work independently and as part of a team UK driving license
