The Team

Our Infrastructure & Capital Projects (A&M INFRA) team focuses on improving return on investment capital and mitigating risks specific to major capital projects. Built on deep sector expertise and a strong ability to solve complex business problems, we support owners, operators, and contractors by helping manage uncertainty around development and operational costs. Our goal is to enhance value throughout the entire project lifecycle, from procurement and delivery to operations and asset management.

A&M INFRA operates at the intersection of technical (engineering), commercial, and financial aspects of infrastructure. We advise clients across a wide range of sectors, including energy, transport, social infrastructure, digital, oil & gas, and utilities.

We provide integrated, end-to-end advisory services, drawing on expertise in technical, economic, regulatory, ESG, and commercial areas. Working alongside Alvarez & Marsal's broader teams, we also bring in tax, financial, and operational insights, enabling us to deliver a complete solution to our clients. Whether advising before or after a deal, we help navigate complexity and support the successful delivery of critical infrastructure projects.

Typical tasks will include preparing and managing data sets, carrying out technical and commercial analysis, developing client-ready reports and presentations, and clearly communicating findings to senior team members. You will gain exposure to projects across multiple sectors, working at the interface between technical, commercial, and financial drivers.
