How you\'ll make a difference

We are looking for someone who is passionate about Identity and Access Management (IAM).

This role will help lead the CISO Identity Access Management Team to drive establishment and maintenance of user access management that aligns to industry standards, NIST, key laws and regulations and covers the key risks which can impact strategic business objectives.

The Privilege Access Analyst will also influence the embedding of a proactive controls culture to drive continuous improvement and compliance to strive for a reduction in risk and will own all aspects of Identity and Access Management strategy, policy, controls, services, metrics and compliance.

What you\'ll bring

• Experience in supporting, implementation and configuration of Privilege Identity and Access Management tools.
• Experience of onboarding all privilege access for applications and infrastructure to Safeguard ensuring compliance to the Banks standards.
• Manage the PAM Team mailbox and PAM Team website.
• Ensure consistency in approach for delivery of Identity and Access Management and ensure \'Just in Time\' access and Break Glass processes are followed.
• Establish and maintain good working relationships with Key stakeholders.
• Support Control testing and Audit engagement, including the management of any findings.
