About the Project

We are supporting a major client engagement in Dubai, delivering a multi-country Compensation & Rewards Benchmarking project across the media and investment sectors.

The project covers:

Market benchmarking and data analytics across GCC and global comparators Compensation survey design, normalisation, and analysis Sector-specific insights into reward structures and allowances Change & implementation support for new total rewards frameworks
This is a high-profile engagement requiring experienced contractors to deliver alongside Proservartner's leadership team.

Role Overview - Analyst

The Analyst will support data collection, research, and analytics across the benchmarking project, ensuring insights are accurate and actionable.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and analyze compensation survey and market data Build Excel dashboards, visualizations, and reporting tools Support senior consultants and SMEs with data interpretation and deliverables Conduct market research, job advertisement analysis, and benchmarking Maintain accuracy, quality, and timeliness of outputs

Candidate Requirements

2-3 years' experience in HR analytics, market research, or compensation analysis Strong Excel and data manipulation skills High attention to detail and ability to work independently Team player with good communication and analytical capability

Pay: 250.00-350.00 per day
