Job Description

We are seeking a proficient Software Test Analyst to join our IT team, specializing in SAP system testing and development. The candidate will be responsible for creating and executing test strategies to ensure SAP system quality and performance, while also contributing to software development through coding and system customization. Collaboration with developers, analysts, and stakeholders is essential to deliver high-quality SAP solutions that meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and implement test plans, cases, and scripts for SAP modules (e.g., SAP ECC, S/4HANA, Fiori). Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance tests to ensure SAP system reliability and accuracy. Identify, log, and track defects using tools such as JIRA, HP ALM, or SAP Solution Manager for timely resolution. Perform integration testing to validate interoperability between SAP and external systems. Create and maintain automated test scripts using tools like SAP CBTA, Worksoft Certify, or Selenium. Analyze test results, generate detailed reports, and propose enhancements to improve system quality.

?Software Development:

Design and develop SAP customizations using ABAP, SAPUI5, or other programming languages to meet business needs. Write, test, and debug code for SAP reports, interfaces, enhancements, and workflows. Configure SAP modules and integrate them with external systems to support business processes. Work with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Contribute to SAP system upgrades, migrations, and the development of new features. ?Ensure adherence to organizational standards, data security, and regulatory requirements in both testing and development activities. Promote continuous improvement in testing and development processes, leveraging Agile/DevOps practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline. At least 3 years of IT experience, with 2+ years in SAP testing and 2+ years in SAP development. In-depth knowledge of SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, HCM) and their integration. Proficiency in programming languages like ABAP, SAPUI5, Python, or Java for development and test automation. Expertise in testing tools (e.g., SAP Test Workbench, HP ALM) and automation tools (e.g., SAP CBTA, Worksoft Certify, Selenium). Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile/DevOps methodologies. Strong analytical skills to detect defects and develop solutions for system reliability. Desirable Skills

Proficiency in SQL for test data preparation and validation. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for testing and development integration.
