The Team

Supply Chain Analytics (SCA) are strategic partners that influence and support decisions for the Global Supply Chain (GSC) organization. This is accomplished through the adoption of advanced analytical tools to create user friendly reports, dashboards, and tools. Outstanding analysis is provided through diagnostic, predictive, and predictive analytics. Embracing Speed and Efficiency is accomplished through automation and streamlining metrics and analysis.

The Opportunity

As an Analytics Developer you will influence business decisions by providing quantitative data analysis and reporting of patterns, insights, and trends to decision-makers; requiring in-depth knowledge and experience to solve complex problems; taking a new perspective using existing solutions; supporting standards and best practices for the development of reports, dashboards, and tools. You will mostly work independently with the necessary support and guidance.

What Your Impact Will Be:

  • Support the development of dashboards and reports using advanced tools following standards and best practices
  • Analyze, report and present data-driven solutions to any level of the organization to solve business problems and support the improvement of processes
  • Use SQL to extract and wrangle data
  • Benchmarking, modelling, performance reporting, trend analysis and root cause analysis
What We\'re Looking For:

Educational background:

Bachelor\'s Degree in Data Science, Computer Science or Statistics/Mathematics

Professional experience:
  • 3+ years of Data Analysis experience with the ability to use reporting and visualization tools.
  • Comfortable with at least one BI/Data visualization tool (Tableau, Cognos, Thoughtspot, etc.)
  • Proficiency with SQL or other coding languages
  • Preferred: Experience in Supply Chain Analysis
  • Preferred: Experience with Python/R
