team is growing, and we are looking for a new team member to join us on our journey!


An Analytics Implementation Specialist is a key role to unlocking new insights and standardising the analytics architecture across multiple brands. The role will also support the development and measurement of A/B/MVT tests, so solid Javascript experience is required

Your day-to-day



Design both standardised and bespoke tagging implementations to suit different requirements from analytics and commercial stakeholders; Gather business requirements and translate these into the data layer requirements to be implemented by the development team; Define and map these solutions into variables within our analytics platform, we use GA4, GTM and Full Story; Support internal developers and third parties throughout the implementation process and deployment; Act as the primary point of contact for all tagging and tracking issues, ensuring data integrity and quality assurance processes are in place; Recommend tagging strategies and implementation guides for marketing tags, A/B testing and conversion/engagement measurement; Proactively engaging with Product Owners and internal teams to continually enhance data collection and usage

Your background and mindset



Advanced JavaScript, HTML & CSS skills; Solid understanding of various measurement and analysis technologies with proven ability to use analysis technology to solve business problems; Maintained a Google Tag Manager implementation, implementing best practice, and considering container size; Experience supporting or working directly with experimentation teams and A/B testing processes; Exposure to server-side tagging and understanding of API / webhooks, is a strong advantage; Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, FullStory, or similar user behavior analytics platforms; Hands-on experience validating marketing pixels with digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, affiliate networks, and performance tracking tools; An understanding of industry-specific user behavior, acquisition channels, and regulatory considerations; Excellent written and verbal English; Experience in iGaming, sports betting, or online casino environments is a plus; Previous experience in front end development is a plus.
