This role will suit you if you have developed a solid analytical understanding in your early years within the industry and would like to develop these skills further. We are looking for someone who enjoys seeing your work influence client\'s decisions and understands the need for clear recommendations from analytics projects to enable this.

The role of Senior Analyst is responsible for:
  • Conducting the appropriate analytics techniques on available data. This will focus on Market Mix Modelling but will also include a wider range of techniques such as portfolio management and digital analytics.
  • Deriving meaningful insights from the results of a project
  • Running and delivering practical and implementable media optimisation scenarios supporting the decision-making process for the planning teams
  • Communicating results to internal teams, and establishing buy-in of recommendations
  • Working within a team of 2-3 people to ensure project deliverables are produced on time.
  • This is a hands-on role: Collecting data from relevant sources, checking for accuracy and formatting for analytics
  • Developing strong working relationship with the account planning teams and foster a culture of information sharing
  • Showcase Media Mix Modelling and its benefits to planning teams to create agency wide awareness
  • Learning, implementing optimization tools in cooperation with the wider data science team
Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will:
  • Have a working knowledge of data analytics and statistics or econometrics
  • Be highly numerate and analytical
  • Be highly diligent and be able to conduct analysis with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Have a proven ability to convert analysis into real world actionable solutions ,
  • Understand marketing strategy and business issues across clients.
  • Have experience conducting econometric modelling - ideally in the field of marketing
  • Show a good understanding of MMM model output implications on media planning
  • Have experience using modelling platforms (e.g. EViews, MassTer, Stata etc.)
  • Have excellent knowledge of the Microsoft suite (Teams, Excel, Powerpoint),
  • Experience of other analytics techniques is desirable but not essential
  • Knowledge of a programming language (such as R/Python) is desirable but not essential
