The successful candidate(s) will have experience within the animal care field. We offer unique Animal Care facilities to our students and staff, especially our rescue centre and our close links with the RSPCA, which provide our staff with an exciting and varied place to work. Industry / veterinary experience is also desirable and beneficial when working with the wildlife cases we receive.



They will build strong, positive working relationships with a supportive and collaborative team, and professional services who share the goal of providing a meaningful educational experience.



They will have excellent organisational and time-management skills and be able to prioritise work effectively to meet objectives and deadlines. They will be comfortable with and proactively adapt to rapid changes in educational trends within the sector. They will be able to plan and prioritise their own schedule of work to achieve objectives, have strong IT skills, and be happy to be part of a close-knit team with shared objectives.


Job Overview




To support the learning, teaching and assessment process by providing comprehensive technical assistance, maintenance, coaching and support service to the Animal Care Centre To ensure a safe environment for teaching and learning which meets health and safety requirements and demonstrates best practice All staff have a responsibility for safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults This role will include a level of weekend work

Motivation and enthusiasm for working with 14 to 19 year olds
