The Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic ANPR Processor/IT Support Apprentice to join a dynamic and fast growing company. We are looking for this individual to focus on growing and developing our ANPR service and supporting any IT issues that arise.

The successful candidate will be expected to provide great service to our clients, helping them with all aspects in relation to the ongoing management of their car parks. This could be from arranging new cameras to be programmed, working with the maintenance team on installations and processing images.

Responsibilities:

Programme ANPR cameras. Provide quotations and invoices. Arranging installations (signage, cctv, payment machines). Process ANPR data. Update client and site information on the in-house CRM System setting up new computers office 365 management problem solving with email accounts and our telephone system and internet.

Skills:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal & written. Very good administration skills Well-organised and great attention to detail.
Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 14,722.50-15,000.00 per year
