As our

ASB Officer

, you'll be the first point of contact for residents experiencing anti-social behaviour. You'll take the lead in investigating cases, liaising with residents, external partners, and enforcement agencies to resolve issues sensitively and effectively which may include tenancy enforcement.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload of ASB complaints from start to resolution Conduct investigations, including interviewing complainants, witnesses, and alleged perpetrators Work closely with tenancy and neighbourhood teams, local authorities, and the police Prepare documentation for legal proceedings when necessary Support preventative initiatives and promote positive community engagement

What We're Looking For:

Experience in handling ASB cases or similar community safety roles Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage challenging situations with professionalism Knowledge of relevant legislation, including the ASB, Crime and Policing Act 2014 A commitment to equality, diversity, and excellent customer service
