The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of ASB reports from first contact through to resolution, including legal action where appropriate. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you will ensure cases are handled professionally, sensitively, and in line with statutory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
Manage a varied caseload of ASB cases from initial report through to resolution, following an incremental approach.
Carry out investigations, interviews, evidence gathering and risk assessments.
Work collaboratively with internal departments and external partners through multi-agency meetings and joint operations.
Provide support, advice and signposting to victims of ASB, including domestic abuse survivors.
Prepare cases for legal action where required, ensuring compliance with statutory and legislative frameworks.
Attend community engagement events to build relationships and promote safe neighbourhoods.
Maintain accurate records, case notes and documentation in line with policy and GDPR.
Prioritise workload effectively to meet deadlines and service targets.
Work sensitively and professionally with vulnerable residents, ensuring safeguarding concerns are addressed appropriately.
Contribute to continuous service improvement and problem-solving approaches within the ASB team.
Experience in managing ASB cases or working within community safety, housing, enforcement or similar fields.
Strong knowledge of ASB legislation and statutory frameworks.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage competing tasks.
Confident decision-making skills and the ability to assess and manage risk.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with residents and partners professionally.
Ability to remain calm and effective in challenging or fast-paced situations.
Experience collaborating with multi-agency partners such as police, safeguarding teams and legal services.
Ability to maintain accurate records and prepare case documentation.
Desirable
Experience supporting vulnerable individuals or victims of domestic abuse.
Experience with legal processes relating to ASB, injunctions or enforcement action.
