The Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic Appeals Adjudicator to join a dynamic and fast growing company. We are looking for this individual to focus on building and maintaining relationships with our existing customer base.

The successful candidate will be expected to provide great. This could be from arranging new signage to be installed, speaking to users such as staff or residents, issuing parking permits, etc.

Responsibilities:

Answering appeals from motorists. Mantain high standard in compliance. Send communications to current car park users. Maintaining the Private parking appeals Update Back office second stage appeals

Skills:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal & written. Very good administration skills Well-organised and great attention to detail.
Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 23,000.00-26,000.00 per year
