Claims Handler

As part of our growth plans, VARS Technology is looking to strengthen our Appeals Team, based in Blackpool. We are seeking an enthusiastic Appeals Handler to join our small but growing office team.

This role involves supporting our Claims Department, specifically working within the Appeals Team to manage and process appeals efficiently and accurately.

Key Elements of the Role Will Include:



Working within our Appeals Team to support the wider Claims Department. Responding to recipients by analysing case-by-case data, while maintaining company standards. Communicating with clients and obtaining necessary information in a professional and timely manner. Liaising with clients and other relevant parties to gather essential details. Maintaining organised records of appeals, claims, and follow-up actions. Handling sensitive information with discretion and in full compliance with GDPR guidelines. Assisting with general administrative duties as required.

To Be Successful, You Should Demonstrate:



Great written and verbal communication skills. An ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. Good analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong attention to detail.
