The Application Specialist \xe2\x80\x93 SAP will be providing support globally to the internal customers regarding SAP issues. The ideal candidate should have a high knowledge of SAP (SAP4HANA as an asset) and strong communication skills.

Your main tasks will include:

  • Ensure efficient and customer-focused SAP support aligned with the service level agreed
  • Follow best practices within Digital operations
  • Seek effective solutions and knowledge from various sources
  • Create and update documentation of business processes and knowledge articles
  • Ensure sufficient testing before providing a fix on production
  • Report significant achievements and challenges in Digital to the direct manager
Our requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of documented work experience within SAP (ideally in the finance module)
  • Fluent in English (minimum B2+)
  • Courage to fail and learn from failure
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer orientation
