Application Support Analyst

Remote/Hybrid

\xc2\xa345,000 + \xc2\xa34,500 on call allowance

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for an Application Support Analyst to join a join a highly motivated team of professionals , with our leading virtual banking software company in Scotland.

Role:

• Provide and complete incident management tasks (logging, tracking and investigation of incidents)
• Ensure that all call logs are recorded along with detailed information including resolution.
• Responding to call logs
• Liaison with Clients and Banking Partners
• Providing Support Call analysis reports and input to Support tickets
• Document the support cases, including the resolution and any escalation, ensuring follow through to a permanent solution for the clients.
• Work with technical teams on problem management

Skills:

• 3+ years experience in application Support/Technical Support role dealing directly with clients/Customers
• working experience in the financial or wealth management sector (An advantage but not essential)
• working knowledge of relational databases, Microsoft SQL Server and SQL Querying skills and Agile methodologies
• Incident, Problem, Change and Release Management Experience
• Experience of ISO27001 or ISO9001 standards
• Accredited ITIL Certification (or experience working to this methodology)
• Excellent written and oral customer communications
