Job Summary:



We are seeking a skilled and proactive

Application Support Engineer

to join our IT team. This role involves providing comprehensive support for enterprise applications including

Salesforce, AutoCAD, Fusion 360, Docuware, and Inquisitor

. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in deployment, release management, workflow configuration, and resolving day-to-day technical issues to ensure seamless business operations.

Key Responsibilities:



Provide end-to-end support for enterprise applications (Salesforce, AutoCAD, Fusion 360, Docuware, Inquisitor). Manage application deployments, updates, and release cycles across environments. Configure workflows and ensure they align with business requirements and compliance standards. Collaborate with development and Project teams to troubleshoot and resolve application issues. Monitor system performance and user-reported incidents, ensuring timely resolution and communication. Document issues, solutions, and standard operating procedures. Participate in the evaluation and implementation of new application tools and technologies. Develop and maintain integration scripts using APIs and automation tools. Work with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and optimize application usage.

Required Technical Skills:



Programming Languages:

Java, JavaScript (.JS)

Databases:

Strong SQL querying and database troubleshooting skills

APIs:

Experience working with APIs for application integrations

Cloud Platforms:

Microsoft Azure (App Services, Azure Functions, Azure DevOps)

Scripting and Automation:

Ability to create scripts to automate recurring support tasks

Preferred Experience & Qualifications:



3+ years in application support, system administration, or a similar IT support role. Prior experience supporting or administering Salesforce, AutoCAD, Fusion 360, & document management systems like Docuware. Experience in troubleshooting and supporting multi-tier enterprise applications. Understanding of ITIL framework and incident/change management processes. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

Pay: 27,500.00-33,700.00 per year
