Perfect role for a Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics graduate in an innovative, growing UK company

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Use product knowledge to guide clients in product selection. Provide quotes for actuators, motors, drives and systems to potential customers. Provide technical support information. To formulate technical commercial solutions from customer enquiries. Aim to respond in a timely manner (<24hrs) to technical enquiries. Liaise with the customer and engineering to ensure the customer receives the appropriate support. Help to ensure that the departments KPI's are met. Collaboration with the marketing team to ensure that prospective and existing clients are targeted with relevant marketing collateral. Support continuous improvement initiatives within the business.

Excellent communication skills. The ability to work both in a team and independently. Able to plan and organise your own workload. Professional telephone manner. Positive attitude. Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise work effectively. Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications. Excellent work ethic & attendance. Proficient in all aspects of Microsoft Office. Able to use ERP System to support the job role. Able to use CRM Tool to support the job role.

QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or a related technical field Aerospace Engineering, Physics
